Damaged. FAIR Sold AS-IS. The plastic clear coat on this is pealing in many spots. The base color is ok, but does have some damage that will need to be touched up before new clear coat is applied if possible. Looks ok, from far away. Shield has a crack just above left snap, also scratched. Inside foam is ok, not breaking down or falling apart, but it is aged, and may not last for long.
