Listed as used because the aluminum part of the cup separated from plastic part of the cup, it fits back tight together without glue, however you may need to glue it, if it separates again, I don't think they are glued from the factory. Personally I think it will stay together most of the time, but is something that you should be aware of, if it comes apart again especially when screwing it on and off. Repeated this process 10 times and it didn't come apart.
