Rare Version. 1989 Nylint Sound Machine metal tractor & trailer advertising Idealease and International Motor Oils, as pictured.
24.5 inches long. Takes batteries. Metal & plastic.
Driver cab is metal. Sleeper and engine are plastic. Artwork and Wording on truck are Original Decals. Trailer door does roll up manually.
We believe this maybe No. 370-Z.
Size: The cab & trailer combo measures 25" in total connected length 7" Tall, 5" Wide. 5.3 lbs. prior to shipping. No box.
Visual Condition is very good, but some flaws with the electronics.
So some corrosion in the battery box.
You can turn it on and you can get the motor sound, however it just keeps running for like a full minute unless you turn the switch to the left off.
Position OFF, Position Start, Position Run. As far as I can tell it doesn't do anything in position start until you crank it to the left and the switch springs back; you can turn it to crank and it will make a different I guess cranking noise, and then spring into the run start position and it will make a running sound. But if you just move it to the start position, the middle position, it doesn't seem to do anything on its own if moving from off. (Not sure how it is suppose to work.)
ALSO, the Horn Button at the back top driver side of the cab when you press it it will make the horn noise, but it doesn't spring back. So it just keeps going until you manually pop it out with your fingernail. (So that spring is broken; and since this is riveted together it would be hard to fix it without making it not original.)
