These came from a printer type shop. These are either refills or someone slit the bags to get a coupon out of them?
One bag is definitely slit so small you could not get the cartridge out. The bags are sealed at both ends. I think only one bag is cut clear across.
Bag Serial numbers match the boxes.
We sold many of these in the past without any issues, these ones just have slits in the bags.
These are 2.1 lbs in the box each, if your able to compare with a new one in the box. Sometimes you can find this info with a search.
