NEEDS TWO NEW CABLES, currently the power drive will not work cause the cable is rusted. (Was unable to test the self propelled part of the mower.)
The mower will start and run fine if you hand push the choke all the way after you use the lever, give the cable one manual tug.
Was tested and will mow well manually pushing.
So it does need some work. ONLY PULL START. ELECTRIC START DOESN'T WORK, and is unknown what it would take to get that part to work if desired.
Local Pickup Only: If you service it and the self propelled part doesn't work afterwards, we will refund you if done within 30 days of payment, however we WILL NOT be responsible with ANY COST you may incur while testing the unit to make it better, only the original amount will be refundable. This includes any parts you may need to buy such as a new cable and possibly a new drive belt.
