Beach Body P90X Extreme Home Fitness ~ Incomplete DVD Set of PX90 - The Workout. Contains 11 DVDs in total. These are in the original cardboard DVD package which is has a different sleeve for each disc. All of them are bound together similar to a book. The cardboard case has some minor wear, mainly on the edges. Most of the discs are in very good condition - a few have some light scratches but play fine. You get 9 of the 10 T25 alpha beta disc. AND. There are 12 workout DVDs, overview of the PX90 system disc is not incuded, MISSING. The workout DVDs are as follows: Chest & Back: This superset chest-and-back-blasting workout emphasizes two classic upper-body exercises--push-ups and pull-ups--to build strength and develop shape.
