SOLD AS IS: One heel strap only has 5 holes left, the rest is broken off, this strap may need to be replace with a new rivet or bolt/nut as well. One of the nylon straps is halfway frayed at one spot. The other rear heel strap has been taped, maybe cracked or broken, SOLD-AS IS. No returns.
