Scratches and scuffs visible on both front and back. Markings on rear white plate. Measurements: Top to bottom = 37 inches.
Needs Simple Truss Rod Adjustment, just need correct Allen key wrench which I cannot find at the moment. Missing Strings. Minor scuffs and scratches on the body and screws missing on the back plate. May need the white plate moved over slightly, not sure about the spacing for the whammy bar to work, bar is probably missing a knob?
I personally would just remove the whammy bar for now.

How to Adjust Your Starcaster Neck
If your buzz is on the lower frets (1–5), you need to loosen the truss rod to add a slight upward curve (relief) so the strings have room to vibrate.
Locate the Adjustment Hole: On your 2005 Starcaster, look at the headstock right where the neck meets the plastic string nut. You will see a small hole recessed into the wood.
Find the Right Tool: Chinese-made CXS Starcasters almost always require a 4mm Allen wrench. Ensure the wrench fits tightly so you don't strip the nut.
The Golden Rule—Go Slow: Keep the guitar fully tuned to pitch. Insert the wrench and turn it counter-clockwise (lefty-loosey).
Only do a 1/4 turn at a time. Never force it if it feels completely locked or stuck.
Test It: Give the neck a few minutes to settle, retune the guitar, and play those frets again. If it still buzzes, give it another 1/4 turn counter-clockwise.
