Minor wear on the base metal finish. Top to bottom = inches.
Added the bulb for fun(not original), bulb was in storage and motor might need a twist of the screw on the top to get it to start turning to loosen up grease in the motor. Otherwise use any normal bulb and shade if you desire. If you do not want the party bulb let me know and I will take a couple dollars less.
