This LID ONLY The inner lip measurement of this cover is 13.25 x 11.25 inches so your basket needs to be slightly larger than these two measurements probably fits a basket that has a rectangular opening of about 13.5x11.5. The large measurement of 14.5x12.5 will be the max overhang which you cannot exceed or this lid will fall into the basket.
