Tried to start, would not start.
Since the photos were taken we added (2 of 3) new fuel line due to cracked lines to test. Tank is holding gas but may have slow leaks due to hairline fracturing in old plastic tank.
The throttle may be stuck in the closed position if the throttle lever is suppose to be able to move when not running. Right now it is not moving the cable and you cannot push it open; visually the butterfly flap is not moving inside.
Starter Cord pulls and retracts. Blue Switch flips and goes back if you do not hold it, not sure what is normal. Primer bulb is ok although may need to be replaced in the near future. Gas tank appears to be holding although is old and should be replaced.
Will need full tune up, may or may not have other major issues.
You might want to bring some starter fluid and a flat screwdriver, if you want to see if it will fire.
