Both Tubes hold air. Tires seem ok. Brakes and shift ok.
An independent rider said the brakes feel a little soft. The chain needs oiled. The brake cable adjuster knob on the handlebar on the left brake might need attention but we believe it is currently working.

Another listing states this L size is for 5'11" to 6'3" but this sizing info has not been verified.
