Behold, the mighty Jansport external frame backpack – the clown car of hiking gear! Stuff it, zip it, strap it, and cram in everything but the kitchen sink (and maybe the sink too, who’s judging?). With rugged aluminum frame, it promises to hold up better than your last camping ambitions.
** One of the clips broke and is now handing on by where the strap goes through, see photo. This is held on by a pin and clip so could be replaced if you can find a similar piece.
I think this adjusts taller to allow for a large sleeping bag on top, however the clamps are very tight and the moment, could not get them loose by hand.
