PRINT is AS-IS. If you look closely at the white area in the photo, you can see a faint splash marks to the left of the birds, not sure what caused this, not sure if it can be fixed, not going to remove the glass to find out. (Hard to see if your just walking by or glancing at it, visible if your standing in front of it taking it in for a few seconds.)

GLASS is AS-IS. Top right corner tiny crack, might be able to hide when reset the frame, the top edge is coming out a little and needs reset with maybe new spring clips.
