NO BAG. Needs new throttle cable is broken, top part of cable missing. You have to shut this down manually close to the engine as the cable to the handle is broken and needs replaced.

NEEDS A NEW CABLE, currently the throttle level / off will not work cause the cable is broken. (Still useable as is until you can get a new cable put on.) Lastly if you cannot push the throttle manually off, you can always pull the spark plug boot with glove on as a last resort, but we believe the throttle should shut it off every time and you could use a stick if that area gets to hot.
The mower will start and run fine. Power driver works well.
Was tested. So it does need some work.
