Elastic under lid is stretched and probably needs replaced if your going to use it for that purpose although it might be usable if you include napkins with rubber bands. Single Hinge Lid. Shows some age and use, one spot is starting to peel/chip. No serious stains but does have a white paint spot and a few minor stains in the bottom.
The tray is a little small (so maybe not original) but does still fit on the hangers and has about the same amount of age.
