OK for age, but no tray, no utensils no picnic ware. Bottom a bit rough. Probably from the 1950s.

Elastic under lid is stretched and probably needs replaced if your going to use it for that purpose although it might be usable if you include napkins with rubber bands. Single Hinge Lid. Shows some age and use, some breakage and chipping to the bands. No serious stains.
No tray.
