No volume adjustment, no label on the base. This looks like 1940's 1950's to me, it is not 1960s. Might even be 1930s.
"Bell System manufactured by Western Electric Made in USA F1" "F1" or FI" on the handheld.

Cloth Cord is complete with three cloth insulated wire connectors with round tips.

Pre-Owned

The black color of the handheld is slightly faded compared to the base. Cord matches though so I believe it is original to the phone.

Dial Springs back as it should with correct mechanical sound.

Untested. Sold AS-IS. Some discoloration to the black Bakelite.
